What I bring to the table
I am a sometime athlete, with many years of pretending to be an athlete. I'm probably more like you than you think. I'm a parent of two teenagers, trying to juggle too many balls in the air, one of which is fitness. I get the constant balance of life, finding the right cadence/time of working out, family, work, cats, friends, food, life!
I don't care what you look like or how fast you run/walk. What I care about is that you're taking a chance, starting something new. Just start moving, because you know want to!
You've been around the block a couple of times. You've lined up at the start line and crossed the finish. You want to try something new, continue your fitness, push yourself.
But who is she? Who is this person who calls herself "A Sometime Athlete"?
