I am a sometime athlete, with many years of pretending to be an athlete. I'm probably more like you than you think. Trying to juggle too many balls in the air, fitness, nutrition, family, work, LIFE! I get the constant balance of life, finding the right cadence/time of working out, family, work, cats, friends, food, life!
